Preserving U.S. Economy Over Free Markets (Short Sellers)
      More BS from afar!

Just resume the uptick rule & ENFORCE the naked short selling trade, & mark my words, most of this garbage would never have occurred. (If longs have to accept delivery of stocks in 3 days, why in hell shouldn't shorts deliver the stocks they short in the same 3 days required?)

President Clinton & the Greenspan influence signed away the public's banking protection so that savings & checking accts became the monopoly $$ that Wall St. couldn't get 'nuff of!

Barney Frank & his kind fanned the flames to get anyone with a pulse a home whether they could afford the mrtg payments or not, how you reporters can completely ignore the facts is reprehensible!

Current Market Conditions and Future Returns
Dennis Kneale once worked at Forbes, & now CNBC gave him more $$ to work for them, who's the dummy here? (Not Forbes I dare say.)

Kudlow & Cramer are also "way over the top" with their frequent rants about talking their books! I've learned to turn my volume down when these 3 jerks are about, no wonder GE is thinking of dumping CNBC!

      Is the US Dollar Doomed?
What else can you expect from a "hard money" guy? If paper money in general has had it, where do I go for my bags of gold dust, Iran?

How does Japan & it's Yen get away with their pitiful interest rates, I'm serious, how do they get a Free Pass with rates that low Tim?

Has the Federal Reserve Become Too Powerful?
The Treasury & SEC eh? The author can't be serious, neither of these two agencies have done much at all about the problems laid at the Fed's door. Paulson is a disgrace & a Bush Admin. pawn (A/k/a a YES MAN!) The SEC is impotent as well, have you seen them at the forefront of anything worthwhile lately? What is their role, bystander personified?

I'm no Fed fave either, but who else was there to fall back on when Bear's creditors demanded their money? There was a run on Bear's bank, get over it Mr. Mason, you not only missed the boat, you missed the marina!

The Market Domino Effect: Staying Ahead of the Curve
Who's the idiot who doesn't think that there's a credit card problem? Thousands of hard pressed home owners are paying their mortgages with plastic, as are SUV owners, more idiots!

Of course Visa & MC don't issue credit, they just let every shaky banking institution "have at it," & that makes them what?

      Wake up stupid!

      Why the Dollar Is Rallying
Hmmmmmmmmmm, I have a two'fer today. Bill Miller WISHES that Bear Stears ended this crisis, no wonder his clients are leaving him in droves!

With gold & other precious metals NOT continuing to rise, even as Crude Oil & Natural Gas rallied more, not to mention the AGs runup until today, I'd say that the Central Banks have spooked the Dollar Bears, big time!

Will it last, ask Bill Miller, heh-heh?

Will U.S. Markets Crash Now - Or Later?
Has it ever occurred to the author that sometimes the messenger deserves to be shot? If it turns out that the S&P lows are in already, what was his point?

Maybe he's too young (or lazy) to research the major difference between this recession-like drop vs. previous recessions. The USA is much more an EXPORT economy than before, & diff #2, look how low our interest rates are vs. previous pre-recessionary times.

It matters Kim, trust me, it matters!
