An SIM Free Option for LTE Should Exist
Not sure the comparison of one-off transactions between WiMax/LTE and Wifi is valid. Most of those WiFi hotspot charges a ridiculous amount for one-off accesses (at least in US) and actually made using post-paid mobile data much more attractive. Hell even AT&T, T-Mobile USA and Sprint offers one-off hotspot free as an promotion to their DSL and 2.75G/3G+ wireless data plan packages.

      NVIDIA's Long-Term Prospects Mean It's Currently Undervalued
History tend to repeat itself; Nvidia and ATI wiped out all those 2D graphics vender and nurtured the 3D gaming trend. Now the predominant trend is mobile and online gaming, neither of which requires high-end graphics. It's a good company but unfortunately its end market are just not there anymore and Intel is coming...

Sorta like SIRF story, where GPS was the trend for mobile devices over the past several years and now the trend is shifting towards multi-touch and software applications...

      NVIDIA's Long-Term Prospects Mean It's Currently Undervalued
Do you even remotely understand's Nvidia's business? Besides the competent management part, which I truthful agree, here's some reason to stay away from the dog during this product cycle:

      1) F*cked up GPU designs as Nvidia repeating Intel's Pentium 4 footstep; overheating and underperformance with a higher price that cant be saved until a complete redesign.
      2) Increased competitive pressure from Intel at its core GPU marke in addition to non-performing GPGPU and mobile GPU markets. Slowing down of high end mobile devices this year will not help.
      3) GPU market is shrinking as PC gaming transforms from the FPS dominated platform to much less graphics intensive MMORPG. A decaying market.

Higher Food Prices Bane of Farmers, Boon to Agriculture ETFs
Tim, the trade goes like this: oil price down -> demand for Ethanol down -> demand for corn down -> corn price down.

But given the inflation and limited production of grain based products in other countries, I think food price will continue to go up in the intermediate run.

NextWave Wireless: Benefiting From Blackberry Enabling HTML In Emails
Not tired of pumping WAVE yet?

There are just not enough buyer for WAVE to sell its spectrum holdings and all those ACS/WCS spectrums are actually worth a lot less than you estimated for mobile devices due to the extremely limited transceiver supply.

Made in Taiwan: 3 Funds for the Next Asian Market Bubble
Without going into the political discussions, much of Taiwan's new exports are in outsourcing electronic related design and productions. All those companies will feel sharp pain from sluggish US and Western Europe economies.

But long-term speaking, Taiwan will greatly benefit from taking a more open stance on globalization.

      Beware of Crumbling BRICs
"China also has an undervalued currency. If policymakers allowed the currency to float more freely, it would almost certainly erase a large chunk of that country's imported commodity price inflation."

Higher RMB => more expensive goods made in China => higher inflation in US

Blue collar jobs complained most about China's RMB but now they are getting burned because of a richer RMB.
